Essay. POETRY IS MY LIFE.

My name is Andrey Bessarsbov

I am a student of the 7th grade, school №57

I am fond of English Poetry. I think poetry helps me understand who I am. It helps me understand the world around me. 

Especially I like   poems that make me  laugh.

I read every poem that could find in my English textbooks and most of them  gave me  feelings,  emotions.  After reading  the poems I came to the conclusion that I am just  fond of poetry.

The reason why I enjoyed the poem “The Chaos” by Gerard Nolst Trenité is because when I first read it I had no idea what was even going on.  I had to read the poem a dozen times before I could make any connection to the text, but I grew to enjoy this poem more and more each time I read it. This is a classic English poem containing about 800 of the worst irregularities in English spelling and pronunciation.

I am sure learning poems helps me to know English language better.

To sum up I would like to use the verses of Shalia Robinson

“I want to tell you that poetry is my life With my words I fight Fight to live life... Fight to control my feelings. So I can start to begin dealing POETRY IS MY LIFE”
